OUR STORY / ESTABLISHED 2018

Collectors from the start.
Still here for the cards.

We collect. We play. And the right card still makes our day.

2018 — 2026 — WHAT’S NEXT.

01 / WHERE IT ALL STARTED

Long before
the next deal.

For us, it started with Pokémon and Yu-Gi-Oh!: trading cards at school and playing together. Some of our founding members have been into TCGs since childhood and now bring over 25 years of experience. We still collect and play today.

Our love of anime brought us to Bandai’s games. We got into Dragon Ball Super Card Game, now Masters, early on. That became Trading Phase in 2018.

02 / THE ORIGINAL COMBO-BOX

Our own ideas.
Made tangible.

We wanted to do more than trade cards. The Combo-Box was one of our first accessories: space for cards, dice and the essentials at the table, with our logo pressed into the material.

03 / COMMUNITY FIRST

Never sold.
Given to our people.

Our first Trading Phase shirts were a thank-you to our earliest customers. The people who mostly bought Dragon Ball cards from us and helped build our first small community.

We never sold these shirts. That is what makes them part of our story: something shared, long before the next collection was even a thought.

BACK PRINT / COMMUNITY GIFT

Historical shirt designs, isolated for this view. The back print still carries our former address, tradingphase.com. Unfortunately, we have since lost the domain. If the right opportunity comes up, we would love to buy it back. Today, you can find us at tradingphase.de.

04 / THE REVIVAL — 2026

We are back.
With plenty in mind.

In 2026, we are back. With more support and the resources to put our ideas into practice. We want to get good cards to good people and make accessories we would use ourselves.

We are collectors and players, buying, selling and trading cards. At card shows, we are here for good conversations and fair deals. TCG accessories and merch are planned for the future.

Come say hello
